Pricing FAQ

What counts as a test?

A single test covers one full pass on a given environment (staging or production), focused on your primary user journeys. We'll run through onboarding, key flows (e.g. signup, billing, core features), and critical edge cases you flag ahead of time.

How fast does testing start after I book?

For Standard tests we typically start within 24 hours. Rush and Express tests are queued immediately and begin as soon as we have access and context (usually within a few business hours).

What do you need from us before you start?

We'll ask for a stable build or URL, any test accounts or feature flags we should use, and a short list of critical flows or areas you're most worried about. If you have prior bug reports or screenshots, we'll use those to guide regression checks too.
