Our services do not replace full internal QA, security audits, or compliance testing.

By submitting a product for testing, you confirm that:

• You own the product or have authorization to submit it
• You have the legal right to share test builds, URLs, and related materials
• You understand that testing is performed in good faith and based on provided access

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Data loss or system downtime
• Issues arising after product launch

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (if any).

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, feedback, and testing materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of your product and submitted materials.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
